If you represent agency or the proprietor of the real estate in
Austria, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, France or Czech Republic, we offer you the following conditions of placing objects:
- FOR AGENCIES
After signing the cooperation agreement and the commission coordination
1. The Inhabited and under construction real estate takes places on a site on a free basis, after registration, by means of desktop or xml-file. Objects will be added after the site administration confirmation.
2. The Commercial real estate (hotels, restaurants, shops, the profitable houses, working business etc.) takes places also on a free basis.
Agency registration
- FOR PROPRIETORS
After signing the cooperation agreement, procedure of sale and the commission coordination, you send us copies of property certificates and, in case of intermediary services – a copy of the contract with the proprietor.
1. The Inhabited and under construction real estate takes places on a site on a free basis, after registration, by means of desktop. Objects will be added after the site administration confirmation.
2. The Commercial real estate (hotels, restaurants, shops, the profitable houses, working business etc.) takes places also on a free basis.
Registration of the seller
